smudge...."Da biped got up real early and called da repair place and we were very lucky dat dey sent a man out to fix our air conditioner. Da man came inside giggling and said that it got invaded by ants an dey shorted sumthing out. This is the second time it died. The last time either a squirrel or a rat ate off the wires."
biped...."We're luckier than friend Audrey. Both her main cooler and the window cooler died this weekend. Her husband managed to fix the window one. Mud Daubers (wasps) had built a bunch of nests inside it and he had to kill them first and then dig out the nests."

Yikes! We're glad you have your a/c repaired! Ants, huh? Hmm, you'd have to eat a lot of them to make a meal...too much work! :-D
Heesh, you do look melted. Glad the man came and fixed the air for you. Those ants are pesky little things and are always going where they are not needed. Have a better day.
We get lots of ants in our yard, but none have invaded our A/C!

WE know ants and crickets and other bugs can be bad on the cool air machines
Ugh! Ants are evil. Once or twice a year they get into my food, and unlike your air conditioner, my food can't be fixed.
